Eliopi is pre-launch. We're forming the operating entity through Stripe Atlas and applying for Stripe Connect platform approval. Tell us about your business and we'll reach out, in order, once Stripe activates our platform — typically 4–8 weeks. The flow described below is what onboarding will look like once we're live.
You submit business basics here
Name, work email, business name, country, and a short description of what you sell. We check the AUP fit and create your Eliopi account.
Eliopi creates your connected Stripe account
We provision a Stripe connected account in your business country with card_payments and transfers capabilities requested.
Stripe Identity collects your KYB
You're sent to Stripe's hosted onboarding to provide: business legal name, EIN, address, MCC, beneficial owners (≥ 25%), representative ID + selfie, payout bank account, and acceptance of the Stripe SA + CAA.
Stripe verifies and activates capabilities
Most well-documented merchants are activated within minutes. Manual review (older passports, address mismatches, edge KYB) can take 1–2 business days. We notify you the moment charges_enabled flips to true.
